What is your favorite thing in your closet? Seychelles pumps from Anthropologie. This heel style is a classic staple and an absolute go-to pump. These are perfect for a little black dress, but they have a flair that makes them different.

What is your favorite decade for clothing? The 1960s and the 1920s are the favored decades! She likes the sophistication and that people dressed up for everyday life. Pieces from the 1960s decades were simple but well made which was a big characteristic of the time.

Which celebrity and/or movie character has the best fashion sense? Her celebrity style icon is Katie Holmes… for her talent for mixing basic pieces but making the combinations look effortless, and comfy but chic. A movie character’s wardrobe that she likes is, Chloe from “Match Point”… due to the polished, unique and versatile staples.

If you could hire any fashion designer to create a whole wardrobe for you who would it be and why? DVF because of her unique and beautifully draped dresses. Also, Rag & Bone due to their good quality and clothes that feel lived in (already feel like they are yours).

What do you think are the best trends, ever? Flannel because it gives off the vibe of casual, timeless style. Also, fitted pants because they are comfy but stylish at the same time.

What is the oldest item in your closet? And why did you keep it? A navy blue fall coat even though it’s falling apart, she keeps it because of its beautiful weave pattern. The coat is warm for fall/winter but has ¾ sleeves, which is a unique, unexpected twist!

What is the best advice you have ever received? “Do what you love, and love what you do”. This quote helps her keep herself on track, and reminds her to work on what’s personally important, but also helps with long-term happiness.
